The Blue-White Cashmere Skirt

The Blue-White Cashmere Skirt is a simple straight-line skirt made in a stretchy knitted ribbing. The fabric is soft and warm, a result of blending soft cashmere, merino and alpaca, while adding some nylon for strength and longevity.

The skirt features an elasticated waistband for easy wear. At the back of the skirt, on the inside, where the waistband seam is located, there is a small opening. This opening enables easy access to the elastic encased within, so it can be easily replaced when necessary and without cutting into the knitted fabric.

The skirt is made inspired by my knitting pattern, Aubrig.

Circumference (unstretched): 70 cm / 28 inches
Circumference (stretched): 115 cm / 46 inches
Length: 56 cm / 22.4 inches

Materials: Flat elastic (used for the waistband). The skirt is made by holding two yarns together. The thicker yarn is made out of: 75% Cashmere goat, 25% Merino. The thinner yarn is made out of: 54% Alpaca, 24% Nylon, 22% Merino.

Care: Hand wash in lukewarm water (20-30 degrees Celsius)
